At Empire we provide only the highest quality food and service. We can provice a wide variety of dishes from continental to west indian and everything in between.

You have several options when choosing your meal;

1. Meal type:
   • Empire can provide customized menus, or set menus. We are able to substitute menu items so that you get exactly what you are looking for.
2. Meal Service:
   • Plated Service: Each of your guests will be served a pre-plated dish freshly prepared by our chef.
   • Family Service: Each item is served to your guests' plates right at their table.
   • Buffet Service: Each item is available in a chauffer at the buffet table and guest can help themselves.
3. Dessert:
   • Dessert can be plated or bufet style.
